Today (4 Oct 2024), Mr. Vitai Rattanakorn, President of the Government Savings Bank, said that for debtors who have been affected by floods according to the announcement of the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation in areas where flooding has occurred again, the Government Savings Bank has extended the automatic debt suspension measure from 3 months to 6 months. The latest list of provinces and affected areas has been expanded to 43 provinces, 5,515 villages (from the original 41 provinces, 4,000 villages).
